Esther Karuana is a Certified German-Africa Entrepreneurship Startup Consultant with over a decade ofexperience in Programme Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Financial Inclusion across EasternAfrica. Holding a Master’s degree in M&E, she specializes in building strategic cross-border connectionsbetween innovative startups across Africa and Germany. She founded Kagane DevelopmentConsultancy Firm—based in Nairobi, Kenya—to bridge critical growth gaps for African entrepreneurs,particularly women and youth, by solving challenges in capital access and international market entry.Today, the firm provides end-to-end services spanning entrepreneurship development, financial literacy,market entry, M&E, and research for startups, MSMEs, NGOs, and development institutions.
